Installation Options

This section lists the different installation options for the Trivy Operator. The Trivy Operator is composed of Kubernetes resources and can be installed and managed like other Kubernetes Operators.

The three main options for installing and configuring the Trivy Operator are:

• Through the Helm Chart -- Recommended as it allows users to track custom configurations to the Trivy Operator
• Through kubectl and applying the Operator resources
• Through the Operator Lifecycle Manager (OLM)
